In order to participate in the masterclasses of the Imola Summer Music Academy and Festival 2026, candidates must complete the designated Google Form by 3 May 2026.

Applicants who, due to restrictions in their country, are unable to access Google services are invited to contact the Academic Office, which will provide alternative instructions to complete the application process.

During the application process, candidates will be asked to upload the following mandatory documents:

• Curriculum vitae as a PDF (only external students)
• Identity document or passport as a JPG or PDF (only external students)

Participants are invited to attend lessons from all courses as auditors, subject to availability and classroom capacity limits.

Deadlines

The application deadline is 3 May 2026, both for internal and external students.

Acceptance and Registration Fee

Starting from 11 May 2026, candidates will receive an acceptance email from the Academic Office, including:

• Assigned teacher(s)
• Bank details for the 100€ registration fee, to be paid by 16 May 2026
• For external violin students (M° Belkin course): bank details for the 100€ admission exam fee, to be paid by 16 May 2026.

Scheduling of Lessons and Attendance Fee

Starting from 1 June 2026, each student will receive the date and time of their lessons. The schedule will be confirmed only upon payment of the attendance fee. If the attendance fee is not paid by 10 June 2026, the lessons will be cancelled in order to allow other candidates to participate.

External violin students are required to pay the attendance fee only after successfully passing the admission exam for M° Belkin’s course.
