In order to participate in the Imola Summer Music Academy and Festival 2025, please download the APPLICATION FORM and fill it in in every part, including the authorisation for the processing of personal data. Once filled-in, the form must be sent as a PDF via email at festival@imolamusicacademies.org, within 1st May 2025, together with:

– Curriculum vitae as a PDF (only external students)
– Identity document as a JPG or PDF (only external students)

Participants could attend other courses lessons as auditors, subject to availability.

DEADLINE
The deadline to apply is 1st May 2025, both for internal and external students.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CANDIDATE AND REGISTRATION FEE
Starting from 10th May 2025, candidates will receive the acceptance email from the Academic Office, together with:
-assigned teachers
-bank details for the 100€ registration fee, to be paid within 15th May 2025
-bank details for the 100€ admission exam fee for external Violin students, to be paid within 15th May 2025

SCHEDULING OF LESSONS AND ATTENDANCE FEE
Starting from 30th May 2025, every student will receive date and time of lessons, to be confimed only after the payment of the attendance fee. If the attendance fee is not paid within 10th June 2025, lessons will be cancelled in order to let other candidates participate.

External Violin students will have to pay the attendance fee only after passing the admission exam.
